At Surati Jewellery Factory, we are committed to delivering only the highest quality jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through our hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, including certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
  • Products that are customized or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Step 3: Our team will guide you on the process and send you the return instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the return label provided.
Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different style or size, we will assist you in selecting a new product of equal value or less. If there is any price difference, you will either pay the additional cost or receive a refund for the difference.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized jewelry or engravings
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or clearance items
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product at no extra cost to you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For eligible returns and exchanges, the return shipping cost will be borne by Surati Jewellery Factory. However, if the return is due to customer preference (e.g., exchange for a different item or size), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹5000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
